PRITIKIN LIFETIME EATING PLAN: WHAT'S A DAY LIKE?

On a typical morning, your breakfast might be hot or cold whole-grain cereal (maybe oatmeal or wheat flakes) with fresh berries and skim milk. Or if you've got a bit more time and the inclination, you might start with our recipes* for Banana French Toast or Oatmeal Pancakes topped with Hot Cinnamon Applesauce.
